At ByBeeyz, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide exchanges in the form of a voucher. This way, your purchase amount is always available for selecting another dress.
Refunds are not possible.
Exchanges can be made within 14 days of delivery.
For an exchange, you will receive a voucher equal to the value of the item. The voucher is valid for 1 year.
Sale items can also be exchanged.
Personalized dresses (with first and/or last name) legally fall under custom-made products and are normally excluded from the right of withdrawal. However, ByBeeyz offers the possibility to exchange these dresses as a gesture of goodwill. The same conditions apply, and you will receive a voucher.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Items must meet the following requirements:
In original condition.
Unworn and unwashed.
With the original label and any additional tags attached.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
For customers in Germany, France, Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Finland, we provide a return label.
We want to make exchanges as easy as possible. That’s why you will receive a return label from us. You simply scan it and pay the shipping costs at the drop-off point.
For customers in other countries, the return shipment must be arranged independently, which can easily be done via the local post office.
