These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases and transactions made through the ByBeeyz webshop. By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
ByBeeyz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
We do not provide refunds. Items, including discounted products, may be exchanged or returned in exchange for a voucher equal to the product value, valid for one year.
Exchanges are only possible within 14 days of receipt of the order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in original condition, and with the original label attached. Worn or damaged items will not be accepted.
Requests for exchange must be submitted within 14 days of delivery via info@bybeeyz.concept-webactueel-7.com. ByBeeyz reserves the right to refuse exchanges if conditions are not met.
After 14 days, the right to exchange expires.
ByBeeyz offers luxury evening dresses and children’s clothing of high quality. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or price changes at any time.
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Currency options may be available on the website.
Payments can be made using the available methods, including Klarna, iDEAL, PayPal, and credit card.
ByBeeyz reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Changes do not affect confirmed orders.
Orders are processed once payment has been received.
ByBeeyz is not responsible for delays caused by shipping services or other external factors beyond our control.
Customers receive a track & trace code after dispatch to follow the delivery status.
ByBeeyz guarantees that products meet normal quality standards. Damage caused by improper use, wear and tear, washing, or external factors is not covered under warranty.
Liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Customers will be notified as soon as possible and alternative solutions may be offered if necessary.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional charges such as import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. ByBeeyz is not liable for these additional costs.
