We do not provide refunds. Instead, you may exchange items or receive store credit valid for one year. You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Altered, damaged, or customized items cannot be returned.
Within the return period, you may exchange your item for another size or product, if available. If you prefer, you can choose store credit equal to the purchase value, valid for 12 months.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions.Pack the item(s) carefully and send them to the address provided. After inspection and approval, we will process your exchange or store credit.
